I regularly host health and wellness events and spiritual workshops to help you live healthier, happier lives through meditation, mindfulness and yoga. I lived in London and worked in Event Management for many years and decided to leave the fast-paced lifestyle and transfer my skills into an area that I'm passionate about. I regularly collaborates with passionate speakers and practitioners to share their knowledge and skills in London and Sussex.

Classes & Workshops

Kundalini Yoga focuses on an increased awareness of the relationship between the mind, body and soul. Through traditional yogic postures, breath, chanting and meditation, you’ll unblock energy, awaken your inner self, empowering you to flow with confidence and rise to the challenges of life. We harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. 

 

What to expect in a Kundalini yoga class

Each class will start with a tuning-in mantra, a warm-up, followed by a kriya, relaxation and/or meditation. We will then close the class with mantras to ground ourselves and focus our energy to step back into the outside world. Kundalini yoga cultivates our consciousness of mind, body and spirit. The positive effects will penetrate into your lives and can manifest in numerous ways. Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities. Beginners are always more welcome and abilities.

Ready to join a class?

 

Before a class - Try to eat a light snack 1-2 hrs before, don’t eat a heavy meal before class. Arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself to settle into the space before we start. 

 

What to wear -  Wear loose warm comfortable clothing. It is done barefoot to cleanse and revitalize nerve endings in the feet. Bring socks, a jumper and you can bring your own blanket for relaxation. 

 

After class - there will be time at the end to chat, share your experiences and ask any questions. Drink plenty of water to help the natural cleansing process that is stimulated through yoga. Try not to shower for 30mins – 1 hr after the class as this helps your body to absorb the minerals from the skin and your sweat.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation is an ancient practice which has been used for thousands of years. The simplest way to explain meditation is that it’s like giving your mind a spring clean. Daily life can take it’s toll on our minds with constant information overload from people, places and technology. The mind cannot be controlled by the mind alone, therefore practices like meditation, mindfulness and breathing exercises can welcome a more peaceful and clearer state of mind.
