Weekend Wellbeing

Weekend Wellbeing has been created to promote wellbeing within the local community. Throughout these sessions we will cover mindfulness, meditation, gentle movements, yoga and breathing exercises. Sian aims to provide a toolkit of practical exercises to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Siân is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher. She regularly host health and wellness events and spiritual workshops to help people live healthier, happier lives through meditation, mindfulness and yoga. She has recently had the privileged of working with the NHS delivering meditation sessions to support the nurses at Brighton Hospital.

Join Siân Amy for an afternoon of Kundalini Yoga at Salt Water Studios, Worthing. In this workshop, we will explore the core components of Kundalini yoga, working with the breath, traditional yogic postures, meditation and mantra. Throughout the workshop you will be encouraged to close your eyes, dive deep into your awareness and tune into your intuition. This workshop is open to all levels and abilities.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on an increased awareness of the relationship between the mind, body and soul. Through traditional yogic postures, breath, chanting and meditation, you’ll unblock energy, awaken your inner self, empowering you to flow with confidence and rise to the challenges of life. We harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul.

Kickstart your weekend with an energising Kundalini Yoga class. This class will give you a boost of energy to start your Saturday morning and let go of the week. We will balance the mind and body with a different Kriya and focus each week, followed by deep a relaxation and a rejuvenating meditation. Kundalini Yoga focuses on an increased awareness of the relationship between the mind, body and soul.
